COMMERCIAL - Checking

You may open a Commercial Checking account with a beginning deposit of $100.00.

FEES: A monthly maintenance fee of $5.00 will be charged each statement cycle.

The following fees apply to this account:

ACTIVITY FEE: $.10 will be charged for each debit transaction
(withdrawal, check paid, automatic transfer, or payment out of this account)

COLLECTED BALANCE CREDIT: A credit of $.02 per $100.00 may be charged

FLOAT ITEM FEE: $.04 per item may be charged.

COMMERCIAL - Money Market Account

The Money Market Account is an interest bearing account and requires an opening deposit of $2,500.00 or more.

MINIMUM BALANCE REQUIREMENT: You may make six (6) transfers from your account each four (4) week or similar period, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone (including data transmission) agreement, order or instruction. Three (3) of these transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card or similar order (including POS transactions), made by the depositor and payable to third parties. Transfers and withdrawals made in person, by messenger, by mail, or at an ATM are unlimited.

The following fees apply to this account:

FEES: A monthly maintenance fee of $6.00 will be billed in the event the average daily balance falls below $2,500.00. during a given statement cycle.
